PENGENALAN

               INSANIAH telah ditubuhkan di Alor Setar, Kedah pada tahun 1995 atas perkenan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Abdul Halim Mu'adzam Shah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Badlishah.  Pada peringkat awal penubuhannya, INSANIAH hanya mempunyai tiga Kuliyyah Pengajian Islam iaitu Kuliyyah Usuluddin, Kuliyyah Syariah dan Kuliyyah Bahasa Arab.  Bagi merealisasikan matlamat untuk menjadikan INSANIAH sebagai sebuah institusi yang unggul lagi disegani, INSANIAH telah membuat kerjasama dengan Universiti Al-Azhar, Mesir.  INSANIAH telah diibaratkan seperti 'anak angkat' kepada Universiti Al-Azhar.  Pihak Al-Azhar juga telah meminjamkan beberapa orang pensyarah mereka untuk mengajar di INSANIAH.  Banyak perjanjian persefahaman telah dicapai antara dua universiti ini untuk menyebarkan mesej Islam di dalam Bahasa Arab di kawasan ini.

               INSANIAH telah berkembang dari semasa ke semasa dan banyak program telah diperkenalkan seperti Teknologi Maklumat, Multimedia, Al-Quran dan Qiraat, Kejururawatan, Engineering, dan juga penubuhan Pusat Bahasa.  Program-program ini semakin berkembang sehingga ke peringkat antarabangsa.  Pihak INSANIAH juga telah membuka lebih banyak pengambilan pelajar antarabangsa seperti dari China, Kemboja, negara-negara Arab dan negara-negara Afrika.  Berdasarkan perkembangan ini, Yang Berbahagia Dato' Rektor, Prof. Dato' Dr. Jamil bin Osman telah mengarahkan penubuhan satu jabatan khusus pada tahun 2009 untuk menjaga kebajikan pelajar-pelajar antarabangsa.  Seorang pensyarah dari Kuliyyah Usuluddin, Dr. Faiek Shahatha Mahmoud Al-Misheedani telah dilantik sebagai pengarah pertama Jabatan Hal Ehwal Pelajar Antarabangsa.

               Jabatan yang diterajui oleh Dr. Faiek ini kemudiannya telah menggariskan beberapa matlamat iaitu misi dan visi jabatan serta menganjurkan program-program untuk pelajar-pelajar antarabangsa di INSANIAH.

MISI

 Menjadi jambatan yang kukuh antara INSANIAH dan dunia luar

OBJEKTIF

1. Mencapai kecemerlangan melalui penyebaran, penerokaan dan proses Islamisasi.
2. Menyebarkan ilmu-ilmu am terutama ilmu Islam secara khusus untuk dapat digunakan diseluruh dunia.
3. Mewujudkan ikatan persaudaraan di kalangan pelajar tempatan dan pelajar antarabangsa.
4. Menyebarkan dakwah Islamiyyah dan membantu minoriti pelajar Islam di dunia.
5. Membantu pelajar antarabangsa agar dapat hidup di Malaysia bersama saudara-saudara mereka dari Malaysia dalam suasana harmoni, kasih sayang dan persaudaraan.
6. Mendedahkan pelajar antarabangsa tentang sains, kepimpinan dan pelbagai kemahiran melalui program-program ilmiah/ pendidikan.

THE DIRECTOR'S SPEECH

                All praises and adorations are due to Allah, Lord of the Universe, perfect end is for the pious one, may the peace and blessing of Allah be upon the nobler prophet, his household and companions.

With a faithful heart, and a firm stand on the path of truth, with an unshakeable hope in Almighty Allah, and profound love for our great Islamic nation and the world as a whole, we are opening a gate of benefit and interest, we are unlocking a window of truth that will peep out and surface every good lover, someone who protects the interest of the nation, concerns and cares for its affairs, a firefighter, who makes his possible efforts to extinguish and save not only our blazing and igniting Islamic nation, but the humanity in general.

               Our website (international students in INSANIAH) is widely open the window of truth that welcomes all who cultivates hope, rubs off injuries, express sympathy and console agony and sorrow.

Our website is for every Muslim, who believes in Allah, accept Islam as the only true religion and believe Muhamammad as the messenger and apostle of Allah.

               Our website is a window and an avenue for every seeker of peace and harmony, for every human being who strive for the benefit of the human race, maintain and defend justice words and swords.

               Thus, to all the pursuer of knowledge, who are rightly guided by the light of truth and sincerity, to all the believers that allow no business to divert them from glorification of the almighty Allah and to all students across the globe, particularly to the international students who endure alienation and separation from their families and intimates.

               To the international students, the 'ambassadors' of their homelands, who come out to acquire knowledge and certificate in order to serve the cause of Allah and be entitled to His blessings in this life and hereafter.

               To all our brothers, the international students, we say, leave a pleasant legacy in your second country; Malaysia, "indeed we resurrect the dead and write what they let go before and for everything we make account in a clear record" so that this land can testify that you are indeed a good ambassador, an exemplary student, and someone with a message to pass to the world.

               Dear student, while opening this window and bringing this opportunity to doorstep, hoping you make the best use of it, we urge you to be like rain which benefits wherever it falls.  We are also inviting you to participate and contribute to this project as we welcome your luminous ideas, unique views, and marvelous suggestions.

               May Allah send you to benefit our nation, and make tomorrow better for us than today.  We beseech Him to make us a rightly guided leaders and sincere to Him and the religion.

ACADEMIC AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

INSANIAH UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (KUIN)

PROCEDURE FOR NEW APPLICATION AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS TRANSFER FROM OTHER INSTITUTIONS TO INSANIAH UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (KUIN)

All documents and application forms have to be submitted as follows:

Documents needed when applying:

1. A COMPLETELY FILLED application form with postal address (native country).
2. 1 copy of Academic Certificates translated into English. (If the certificates are not written in English) – A4 size.
3. 1 copy of examination result transcript translated into English (A4 size).
4. 1 copy of passport.  The expiry date must be less than 3 years.
5. 1 copy of School Leaving Certificate.
6. 4 passport-sized photos with a blue background and dark clothing.
7. 1 copy of certification by the examining doctor.
8. A process fee of RM300 (including Student Pass & Visa) bearing the name of: BENDAHARI KOLEJ UNIVERSITI INSANIAH

Attention:

1. All documents must be sent to KUIN to be processed 3 months before the date of registration of the new session.
2. Students are not allowed to enter Malaysia before the STUDENT PASS and VISA are approved by Malaysian Immigration Department, Putrajaya.

Documents to be submitted during registration after being admitted to study at Insaniah University College.

1. Original Academic Certificates.
2. Original Examination Result Transcript.
3. Student’s Personal Particulars form. (To be filled on the day of registration)
   

Students from other institutions who wish to apply to study at Insaniah University

College must follow the following procedures:

1. Students are not allowed to transfer to Insaniah University College (KUIN) before approval by the Ministry of Higher Institutions Malaysia and also Malaysian Immigration Department., Putrajaya.
2. All transfer process will be done by KUIN while all related documents have to be sent to KUIN 2 months before registration.
3. All students must produce the following documents to KUIN in order to get the transfer approval from the Ministry of Higher Institutions Malaysia:

3.1              Original Offer letter from KUIN.

3.2              Original Release Letter from former institution with address to:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

3.3.            1 copy of a passport and valid at least 1 year.

3.4              1 copy of a valid Student Pass & Visa for at least 3 month.

3.5              Result Transcript of Previous Institution (if have).

3.6              1 copy of academic qualification from native country.

3.7              A process fee of RM300 (including Students Pass & Visa) bearing the name of BENDAHARI KOLEJ UNIVERSITI INSANIAH.
